Service Delivery Manager
Salary: Up to £36,000 depending on experience
Location: Remote (occasional travel to different sites across the Southwest)

As aService Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of all Digital Services and the delivery of great outcomes for our customers and clients.
About the Role:
Manage the Digital Services ‘Service Desk’ and associated processes
Maintain focus on the whole life of Service delivery, ensuring that a set of Digital products, internal and external supply chain come together to deliver those great outcomes
Take ownership of problems, ensuring that technical solutions continue to meet business requirements
Own the relationship with customers and clients, promoting Digital Services and achieving customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Report on the overall Service against developed and agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Operate configuration management for the organisation, ensuring value and adherence to company policies.
Conduct life cycle management of assets, including hardware, software, licenses and warranties
Manage, develop and mentor Service Desk Technicians
About you:
Experience managing a Service Desk and associated processes
Evidenced ability to deliver clear, credible Service reporting
Demonstrated ability to own and operate an Asset Management process
Experience in driving successful outcomes through supply chain engagement
