Salary: Up to $350,000 plus equity
About the Role
A leading AI technology company is seeking a talented Backend Engineering Lead to join their team. You'll play a crucial role in designing and building the API and backend infrastructure for their innovative model router.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust development and production platforms.
Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
Own and execute key features for the core routing product.
Contribute to a dynamic startup environment focused on problem-solving and teamwork.
Ensure system reliability through on-call rotations and incident response.
Qualifications:
8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 4 years focused on infrastructure.
Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, and microservices architectures.
A passion for building scalable, reliable, and secure systems.
