Connect IT is representing a dynamic law firm client with the recruitment of an IT Trainer. As an IT Trainer, you will have the unique opportunity to work both onsite and remotely, contributing to the growth and development of two distinct businesses within the group.
As an integral part of the team, the IT Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs from scratch for a range of abilities. This role encompasses training current staff and onboarding new joiners, ensuring a seamless integration into our technology landscape. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing efficiency and maximizing the potential of the in-house IT systems and general Office365 tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
·Deliver thorough training sessions on the functionality and processes of the in-house CRM Systems.
·Stay current with industry best practices and technological trends, enhancing the overall training experience.
·Work closely with the IT team to stay informed about system upgrades and new features, adapting training content accordingly.
·Prioritize process-driven aspects in providing operational training to strengthen and embed our procedures.
·Develop engaging training materials, documentation, and resources to foster continuous learning and development.
·Evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback mechanisms and ongoing improvement initiatives.
·Customize and deliver training programs for Microsoft 365 applications based on the organization's specific requirements.
·Conduct interactive training sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements:
·Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 applications.
·Exhibited proficiency in developing impactful training materials and documentation.
·Established track record as a Trainer (minimum of 2 years)
·Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
·Capability to conduct training sessions both remotely and in person.
·Adaptability to tailor training content according to changing technology and organizational requirements.
·Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
