IT Project Engineer
Salary: Up to £40,500 (depending on relevant skills and experience) plus an attractive benefits package.

We are looking for a strong IT Project Engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career. Someone with project experience is essential for this role as my client is looking to expand due to growth this year. The role is a split of being on-site handling escalations from 2nd/3rdLine or on their client sites being more hands-on.
Skills
·Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Intune MDM, Active Directory, Azure, Security, MS365).
·Solid understanding of Network Infrastructure.
·Excellent written and verbal communication with a keen eye for detail.
·Ability to analyse issues, ask relevant questions, and find solutions.
·Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
·Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service under pressure.
·Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures.
·Proven track record in an office or service-based environment.
Responsibilities
·Deliver dynamic, single-day projects across networking, infrastructure, and Wi-Fi.
·Configure and install network hardware.
·Create and manage user accounts.
·Implement Microsoft 365 solutions.
·Oversee data migration processes.
·Provide advanced technical support for escalated network, infrastructure, and Wi-Fi issues.
·Install, configure, and upgrade software on customer servers while meticulously documenting processes and outcomes.
·Deliver managed services in adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
·Provide first and second-line technical support to ensure optimal customer experience.
·Create and maintain technical documentation.
