Responsibilities:
·Team Leader and Coach:Lead a rockstar team including the Procurement Director, Operations Director, Head of Sales Shared Services, and Health and Safety Manager. Mentor, guide, and bring out the best in each member.
·Collaboration Pro:Team up closely with department heads to cook up strategies that make us shine. We're talking boosted efficiency, smoother procurement, leaner operations, and elevated sales support.
·Unity Advocate:Be the driving force behind cross-functional teamwork. Foster a culture where collaboration is key and shared goals are the heartbeat.
·Data Guru:Dive into data-driven insights to steer our ship right. Make resource decisions, manage budgets, and craft killer procurement strategies.
·Challenge Tackler:Spot operational hurdles before they even happen. Swiftly introduce creative solutions to keep the show running, no interruptions allowed.
Personal Attributes:
•Proven Executive Success:A well-documented history of achieving excellence in executive leadership positions, preferably at the level of a COO or equivalent.
•Exceptional Leadership:Demonstrated proficiency in leading and managing diverse teams across different geographical locations, showcasing adeptness in navigating complexities.
•Strategic Acumen:Displaying remarkable strategic thinking capabilities, adeptness in resolving intricate challenges, and making well-informed decisions that align with organizational objectives.
