Role: BackEnd Software Engineer
Location: West London
Salary Range: £40-£160k Dependant on Experience
Working Pattern: 3 Days in Office/2 days WFH

We are looking for a top-quality, reliable and driven back-end developer to join their existing development team to support the continued growth and expansion of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of commercial expertise in Golang
Hold a Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a closely related technical discipline.
Demonstrate proficiency in data structures or algorithms through academic or industry exposure.
Showcase skills in performance optimization, large-scale systems analysis, data visualization tools, and/or the development of accessible technologies.
Responsibilities
Write product or system development code.
Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analysing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
Participate in, or lead architecture or system design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
