Location: Bournemouth (hybrid 3 days office / 2 days home)

Due to phenomenal client wins, our client is seeking a seasoned Account Director to join their vibrant Digital Results Team. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record and the desire to take their career to the next level.
Here's what you'll do:
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across finance, travel, and more.
Develop strategic digital roadmaps, budgets, and forecasts.
Foster deep relationships with senior client leadership.
Deliver impactful digital strategy and expert consultation.
Proactively identify client needs and translate them into winning solutions.
Support new business efforts, lead generation, and closing deals.
Champion client success through compelling case studies and reports.
Build strong partnerships with technology partners.
Expand existing client relationships and secure wider investment.
We're looking for someone who:
Has 5+ years' experience in digital, ideally within an agency.
Possesses a broad understanding of experience platforms, UX, and digital marketing.
Can confidently communicate and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
Thrives in managing and influencing tender and pitch processes.
Excels at problem-solving and negotiation, securing deals effectively.
Crafts engaging sales materials and presentations.
