What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading and mentoring a small team of engineers.
• Managing projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Driving innovation and identifying new development opportunities.
• Designing, prototyping, and testing using SolidWorks and DFM principles.
• Collaborating with marketing, production, and quality teams.
• Maintaining clear documentation and reporting progress to senior management.
What We’re Looking For
• HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–7 years’ experience in bespoke machine or product development.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and strong engineering calculation skills.
• Project management, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Commissioning/site experience; food industry knowledge is a plus.
• Proactive, innovative, and hands-on approach.
