Test Lead
Location: Dublin

About the Role:
We're seeking a talented Test Lead to join a dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive testing strategies for a cloud-based software, mobile apps, and APIs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and setting testing goals.
Test Planning and Execution:
Own the entire QA process, from planning to execution, for our cloud application, mobile apps, and APIs.
Hands-on Testing:
Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
Test Automation:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring seamless integration into the development lifecycle.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product, development, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth release cycles.
Test Reporting:
Own test reporting and metrics, ensuring comprehensive reporting on test coverage, bugs, and product stability.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
Strong background in testing cloud applications, mobile apps, and APIs.
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
Proficiency in manual testing and test automation.
Strong understanding of API testing and cloud application testing methodologies.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the build process.
Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
