Technical Support Specialist / Customer Success Specialist

Location: Laren - Netherlands (Fulltime)

Salary: €4,000 - €5,500 per month

Are you a customer-focused, tech-savvy professional with strong communication skills? We’re seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join a dynamic SaaS company in the fashion industry. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional technical support and guiding clients to maximise the value of innovative B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for B2B platforms, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

  • Collaborate with the development team to identify, address, and resolve technical challenges, and communicate solutions to customers.

  • Proactively monitor platforms and infrastructure to prevent potential issues.

  • Assist customers in optimising their use of the platform, providing guidance and training as required.

  • Continuously improve support processes, tools, and workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

About You

You’re a structured, ambitious, and pragmatic problem-solver who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver excellent customer experiences. You also bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within a SaaS business.

  • Familiarity with XML, APIs (including REST APIs), and a strong technical troubleshooting skill set.

  • Experience with SaaS platforms, data configurations, ERP solutions, and integrations.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed technical support KPIs.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and a minimum A-level proficiency in Dutch.

  • Knowledge of B2B platforms and the fashion industry (a plus).

  • A resourceful, hands-on approach with high energy and personal drive.
