Enterprise Customer Success Manager (German Speaking)

Salary: up to £80,000 per year

Benefits: Performance-Based Bonus, Flexible Working Hours, Pension Plan, 26 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) with the option to buy or sell additional days.

Location: Remote (with very occasional site meetings in the Farnborough office)

About the Role:

We are seeking a German-speaking Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join a global technology leader with a long history of innovation and engineering excellence.

In this role, you will be the primary liaison for top clients with complex technical needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will proactively identify and resolve any technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

·Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals.

·Deeply understand customer business objectives and identify their unique needs.

·Develop and execute collaborative plans to ensure successful customer outcomes.

·Effectively communicate the strategic value of our support contract to customers.

·Prioritize and plan a portfolio of work aligned with customer goals.

·Proactively gather and share customer insights to identify and cultivate new sales opportunities.

·Lead and take ownership of the successful delivery of our solutions.

·The role is focused on understanding customers' needs and identifying potential sales opportunities and growth; the ideal candidate will be sales-driven.

Qualifications:

·Proven track record in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Sales, or Solution/Sales Engineering).

·Demonstrated proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (e.g., Gainsight).

·Fluency in German is essential.

·Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

·Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings.

Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Customer Success Manager role.

  • Experience working in the Corporate Real Estate or CRE Tech/SaaS industry.

  • Experience operating enterprise SaaS and/or IoT products.

  • PMP or similar certification.
